4. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Unusually large quantities intended for resale; or

• An inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card information.

7. Promotions and Discount Offers

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed on our website.

Where our multi-buy promotion is active, the following discounts may apply:

• Purchase 2 bags and receive an additional 10% off;

• Purchase 3 bags and receive an additional 15% off; or

• Purchase 4 or more bags and receive an additional 20% off.

The applicable discount is calculated on eligible products and may be applied automatically at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discount codes.

We may change, suspend, or end a promotion at any time. This will not affect orders already accepted.

Clearance or final-sale products remain covered by any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within Australia is generally 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

To request a return, contact support@leatherbymargot.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must generally be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition unless the product is faulty or your mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise.

Clearance or final-sale items may be returnable unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Any final-sale restriction does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Australian Consumer Law

If you purchase from Australia, our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, or any other store policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may be entitled to provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy within a reasonable period.

Leather is a natural material that may change in appearance over time. Exposure to water, humidity, direct sunlight, oils, heat, or unsuitable cleaning products may affect its appearance.

Please follow the care instructions provided on our website or with the product. Normal wear, aging, patina, or damage caused by misuse or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect. This does not limit any rights you may have regarding genuine product faults.
